On wooden furniture produced in the 1970s, mother-of-pearl covered in artistic craftsmanship. The hands of the craftsmen inlaid small pieces of mother-of-pearl one by one. The hands of the craftsmen were rough yet sincere and delicate. As they go, atypically laid hand-made work of mother-of-pearl creates beautiful abstraction. It may seem as if a white sea-foam over the deep blue sea and as if a dense forest looking down from above. According to the viewing direction, the panorama of lights rhythmically exhibited the beauty of nature by human hands.

1970년대에 제작된 목가구에 자개를 세공하여 예술적 가치를 더한 작품이다. 작은 자개 조각들을 하나하나 세공한 장인의 손길은 투박하지만 성실하고 섬세하며, 비정형적으로, 손이 가는 대로 수놓아진 자개 조각들은 추상적이다. 짙푸른 바다 위에 하얀 물보라를 일으키는 것 같기도 하고, 상공에서 내려다보는 울창한 숲 같기도 하다. 보는 방향에 따라 리드미컬하게 움직이는 빛의 파노라마는 자연과 사람의 손이 빚어낸 아름다움이다.
